Vin Diesel had to bless the Internet with something nice about the legendary Sir Michael Caine. The handsome Fast & Furious star shared an intimate moment with the legendary actor, captioning it with infinite respect: ‘That unbreakable bond, making magic with someone whom you’ve admired for a lifetime… Priceless. Sir Michael Caine, here’s to making art and memories that will never die forever.’ It looked as if the handsome-suited pair could have been seated at a very elegant dining table, and that cosy ambience only screamed admiration and class.

The post garnered several reactions, as everyone appeared to endorse Vin’s tribute to the two-time Oscar winner. One user shouted, ‘So much respect for Sir Michael Caine! He’s a great actor!’ Another commented that theirs were ‘cinematic legends.’ However, all weren’t serious, as there came a cheeky comment asking, ‘Alfred gonna join the furious family with a batmobile?’ in reference to Caine’s famous portrayal of Bruce Wayne’s butler in the Dark Knight trilogy.

Then those who had feels had to respond with ‘These posts always give me a heart attack… I thought we’d lost Sir Michael.’ Another fan basically panicked-such is how beloved the 90-year-old actor is.

Given how crazy the internet can get, some replies went off the rails. One mid-thought reply went with, ‘Do your out of town this fir Riddick movie I new you were out town I I new it.’ No one really knew what the intent was; at least the enthusiasm came through. Another went ‘Finally hair fall ruk gya 👏.’ Upon investigating, it means ‘Finally, hair fall has stopped.’ Okay then.

The icing on the cake, so to speak, was delivered by one account in the form of endless cryptic comments. This included gems such as, ‘Und pomba Wiht you und tramp Speck woman no speck woman tidey no USA see in maps.’ No context, no explanation, just utter chaotic hilarity.

In all of the craziness, one fan threw out the possibility of a project and asked, ‘So this is for some sort of documentary called “Mark & Maurice”? I’ve always wanted Michael Caine to be daddy Shaw!’ Whether that is true or just wishful thinking remains to be seen. However, sharing any screen with these two once more is an exciting prospect.

Vin Diesel has never minced words when sharing his admiration for the craft’s legends; this is no different. Casual dinner or not, or maybe there is some project in the offing, one thing is clear: When Vin and Sir Michael share a moment, the internet halts to pay attention. Sometimes there really is even some losing their minds in comments.

Who are the rest? Well, the responses are kitty-mask combinations of love, confusion, and demands for money (yes, somebody actually dropped their banking details). But hey, that is Instagram for you: where cute tributes find a willing audience alongside crazed, downright rude demands.
