Kylie Jenner Drops Cryptic MET ’25 Post And People Have Thoughts

What was a cryptic tweet from Kylie Jenner got the world of the interwebs scurrying, simply saying “MET ’25” with the hyperlink, and, of course, the internet went crazy over it. The reality star and beauty mogul gave very few clues to the question naturally on everyone’s mind-there’s just so many vague little credits to whoever was actually there: the reply section erupted with all sorts of praise-to-wandering-in-mayhem.

Let us go on the hype train. What fun was there for the people living for whatever Kylie’s cooking? Big Fit Tees shouted, “Nice! Can’t wait to start this new chapter.” Even looks went wild here: Mukesh Singh pointed out, “Beautiful,” while Ben indulged himself with “best dressed period.” Claudia Kite also popped in, “You’re so beautiful it’s actually kind of insane.” I second that, Claudia.
Now, then, the other Twitter-verse. Unkempt, unfiltered, unlimited commentary. Aalia Banks launched full-blown: “One of the worst looks of the night. Y’all appropriate black culture when it’s time to steal ideas for your businesses, but chose to play games at the met like you didn’t know what the theme was!” Oof.
Then there’s that weird chaotic side. Ryan Thomson turned his trolling higher just a little bit: “What an ugly monster. Remember folks.. your not ugly. Just poor.” Tracepapp went into a rant about Kylie and her future of foot health being: “Your feet are going to look horrific by the time you are 50 from wearing these bizarre stilettos!” Like, ma’am, this is a Wendy’s.
And then comes the influx of love. An Arabic commenter exclaimed, “You overshadowed them, my heart,” which was weirdly cute. Erick responds with a Portuguese “tava linda mãe” (you looked beautiful, mom) because why wouldn’t he?
Running ahead, Brandon Treleaven appeared to intervene in the comments six separate occasions with a “like you day one crush” and “always think about you.” Sir, are you okay? Sonhai?
So far, Kylie has refrained from elaborating on the meaning of “MET ’25,” so it could mean anything-fashion collaboration, new job, or just teasing an outfit for next year’s Met. One thing remains, though: people love to talk about her, whether they love her or hate her. And honestly, she likes to be that way.

What’s the next thing, then? The sky’s the limit. Pretty much what no one will miss is the chaos throughout 2025 from this being some sort of trendsetter. Buckle up.
