This new Shopee Brazil ad with Brino and Terry generated many responses online. The advert consists of Shopee Video content-review videos, unboxings, and hidden deals-with free shipping on orders above R$10. However, it was the silly banter between the two guys that has everybody talking.

However, there were haters too. One disgruntled consumer tagged consumer-protection agencies over delivery problems. Shopee’s response team jumped in and invited the complainant to message them privately to resolve the issue.
