David Spade Drops Larry David Podcast Episode And People Can't Stop Laughing

David Spade’s Fly On The Wall podcast featured new episodes with comic great Larry David, and the internet is going bonkers! A simple mention of the podcast episode was a photo-the-three-some of Spade, David, and Dana Carvey-but it promptedlanded hundreds of hilarious responses as gawking listeners went nuts over the trio’s ebullient chemistry.

Not from the get-go did audiences not appreciate Larry David’s laugh: “The infectious laugh of LD was just what we needed!” stated parisetvous_deux, whereas thisisanaescobar said, “It was 2am and I was listening, laughing so hard I couldn’t breathe! Larry’s laugh is infectious!!!” Seems to be the consensus: when Larry cracks up, everybody does.

The episode really delivered when it came to comedy. Fisherlinder said, “Probably my fav to date,” while eaglefinlay pointed out, “I would lose it every time LD would crack up at Dana.” Whatever they were swapping back and forth was fast-tracked to comedy gold, with kylefharrison remarking, “When Larry wasn’t being as responsive Dana would immediately go into an impression.” Classic improv move that obviously killed.

But really, the comments became a comedy show in itself. Realnickswardson was heard saying, “Such a great show, Two and a Half Man,” and this just got born out into a whole chain of roasting the title with replies like “two halves and a man” and just endless crying-laughing emojis. And then nserpa51 came with other title suggestions like “Three Old White Men” and “The AARP Life”-diss, but funny.

The photo itself inspired some wild observations too. Bonaventurachris wrote, “Looks like Larry took his 2 special needs kids out on a field trip!” while nzealand compared it to “every over 60 boys trip to Thailand.” And laurenamanda88 was… pretty focused on those blue shoes with a comment that was pretty much just emojis and fire symbols. By the way, she posted about it.

Cameos didn’t go unnoticed either. Malina891985 complimented Spade’s “getting long” mullet, andrew.adlington made a crack about Dana Carvey’s youthful appearance thanks to “daily iron supplements,” and actress_1266 straight up asked if that was Larry David or Bernie Sanders. Ouch.

The love was flowing too, though. PatriciaRose declared Spade her “wonderful boyfriend forever,” which…okay then. 1kross gave them the ultimate compliment: “All pillars of comedy.”

At the end of the day, however, the prevailing reaction was that this episode was just what had been asked for-nonstop laughter. As dayatthefarm put it: “When I turn 70 I’m getting this tattooed on my forehead. Banger episode!” High praise indeed.

That trio, whether it was Larry laughing, Dana doing slapdash impressions, or Spade playing straight man, showed why they remain comedy royalty. And from the look of these reactions, needs to become a regular thing. The people have spoken – more please!
